On the evening of September 16, Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing talked over phone with US Secretary of State Colin Powell and the two exchanged points of view on the proper settlement of UN on the question of Darfur, Sudan. Li also briefed his US counterpart on his recent visit to the Arabic countries.
