On December 2, Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing held phone conversations respectively with Foreign Minister Bernard Rudolf Bot of the Netherlands, the EU's rotating president and EU Commissioner for Foreign Affairs Benita Ferrero-Waldner. Both sides exchanged views on further strengthening and expanding China-Netherlands and China-EU ties in a sincere atmosphere.
